Inspired by companies such as Punchdrunk, (C)Rave explored the need for human connection and affective response after the pandemic. Community, celebration, touch, ritual, and movement are all primal experiences.

Isolation is not a natural thing for us. (C)rave primordially invites the celebration of human connection back into the world post pandemic.

The movement, dance, haptic, optic, and tactile sensory signals in the piece reinvigorates the power of affect, and affective atmosphere in performance, in the way we interact, and in the way we live.
